Job Summary:
The New York office is seeking a 3rd – 4th year Commercial Litigation Associate for our Litigation Practice Group, preferably with both federal and New York state court experience in breach of contract, real estate, bankruptcy, corporate governance and/or securities litigation.

Job Requirements:
- Must be current member of the New York bar.
- Must have outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier school and strong writing skills.
- Experience with both federal and New York state court experience in breach of contract, real estate, bankruptcy, corporate governance and/or securities litigation preferred.
