The Dallas office of A Texas-Based Law Firm is seeking a Finance associate with 3-4 years of experience with real estate finance and/or debt fund experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex transactions such as secondary market transactions, repo lines, note sales, etc., as well as traditional real estate finance transactions. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
