Description:
An International Corporate Law Firm is seeking a Finance associate with 4-5 years of experience to join An International Corporate Law Firm. The candidate must have 4-5 years of continuous experience in fund or leverage financing in a large, national/international law firm setting. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent drafting skills and should enjoy working with others in a team atmosphere on a variety of fund and/or leverage finance transactions. This position will not be remote and would sit in one of our following offices: Austin, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio.
