Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and in good standing with the State Bar of Wisconsin.
- Criminal law experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong courtroom presence, legal research and writing abilities, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in criminal defense and a commitment to providing outstanding representation to every client.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses.
- Appear in circuit courts throughout Milwaukee and the surrounding counties.
- Handle motion hearings, evidentiary hearings, plea negotiations, and jury trials.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and keep cases moving efficiently.
- Collaborate with other attorneys on complex, high-profile, and trial matters.
