Robson & Robson P.C. is looking for a sharp litigator who enjoys solving complex problems. If you like interesting cases and want a firm that trusts you to manage them, we would like to hear from you.

We are a boutique firm focused on complex commercial litigation and transactional and corporate counseling. Our matters include shareholder and contract disputes, class actions, business torts, and civil cases that don't fit neatly into any category. We enjoy a collegial atmosphere with first-class lawyers, who have been with the firm for years.

What You'll Do:

Handle a varied docket of commercial litigation matters from intake through resolution
Take on all phases of motions practice and discovery, with real ownership of your work
Appear in jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations, as lead counsel or second chair
Work directly with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
Think creatively about unique fact patterns and difficult legal questions

What We're Looking For:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to the Pennsylvania bar
Five to ten years of commercial litigation experience
Superior legal research (Westlaw) and writing skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload without close supervision
Clerkship or law review experience preferred
Experience with Philadelphia's Commerce Program preferred
