Our Practice.Our Corporate Tax group counsels public companies, private companies, private equity firms and nonprofit entities on a variety of tax matters, including transactional structuring matters (such as advising clients with regard to the tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and spinoffs), corporate, partnership, REIT, and regulated investment company tax planning and analysis, and entity formation tax matters.

We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with one to four years of sophisticated corporate tax experience, with particular experience in transactional tax, to join our corporate tax group in the Nashville office. Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as excellent academic credentials. A tax LL.M. is not required but is strongly preferred.
