Seeking a corporate/commercial associate attorney with 3-5 years of
experience in transactional and corporate law including: mergers, asset
and stock acquisitions commercial real estate, corporate law or secured
finance. A background and familiarity with tax law and an interest
working with the firm's diverse non-profit corporate clients would be
additional assets. Qualified candidates should have exceptional
attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills with a
demonstrated ability to produce high quality legal work. A Banking, Finance, Corporate Services Law Firm looks
for lawyers with an enthusiastic approach, a strong work ethic and the
ability to be a true team player. The candidate must be admitted to
practice in Vermont or be eligible for admission. Admission to practice
