Downtown medical malpractice litigation defense firm currently seeking an Attorney admitted in New York and/or New Jersey, with up to 2 years of medical malpractice litigation defense experience including depositions and discovery, motion practice, records review, and trial prep. Must be proficient in online research, electronic billing codes, medical records review, and have excellent writing skills. Admission in both New York and New Jersey is a plus.
