About the role:The Law Office of Rajeh A. Saadeh, L.L.C., is a fully remote, statewide New Jersey litigation firm with an active family law and divorce practice. We are seeking an associate attorney with at least one year of family law or civil litigation experience. Family law experience is welcome but not required — if you are a skilled litigator, we will invest in you.
This is a substantive litigation role. You will manage your own files, appear in court, argue motions, and advise clients directly. Attorneys here work with genuine autonomy. We are a collegial team that supports one another, and mentorship is available and real.
What you will do:
- Handle family law and divorce matters statewide, including equitable distribution, custody, support, and post-judgment enforcement
- Draft and argue motions, certifications, and settlement agreements
- Appear in New Jersey trial and appellate courts
- Advise clients independently on strategy and case posture
- Participate in impact litigation
Qualifications:
- New Jersey bar admission in good standing
- Minimum one year of family law or civil litigation experience
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a docket independently with minimal supervision
- Professional maturity and responsive communication
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $85,000–$140,000+, commensurate with experience, and negotiable for the right candidate
