A Transactional and Litigation Law Firm is a growing and highly respected boutique real estate litigation firm that has been practicing in Marin County for over 40 years. We are seeking a real estate litigation attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience. Candidates must have significant litigation experience in real estate law, outstanding writing skills, and the ability to assume immediate independent responsibility. Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Trust law is preferred.Requirements include the following:
- Must be a CA licensed attorney
- Extensive experience with legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, judgments and all aspects of trial preparation
- Oversight and analysis of discovery
- Must be self sufficient and able to complete tasks with minimal or no supervision
- Develop strong effective legal strategies
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills
Salary
