Description:

Base Salary $110,000 plus bonus and commissions

This is a great opportunity for a first-year associate attorney with no experience to obtain an entry level attorney position. However, candidates with personal injury experience will be preferred.

The associate attorney will be working closely with one or more of our experienced litigation attorneys.

Experience in personal injury law is preferred, but it is not required. We can train good candidates.

Candidates with strong academic credentials or those with strong demonstrated interest in personal injury litigation and trial (e.g. good grades, law review, mock trial or moot court) will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in handling litigation of personal injury cases.
Assist with discovery and Court Appearances, and Minor's Comp Petitions.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to be organized, and meet deadlines, and work in a fast paced environment.
