- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear at hearings, mediations, and case conferences
- Manage discovery and client communications
- Assist with trial preparation and case strategy
- Work on litigation matters from inception through resolution
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license required
- 1–3 years of litigation experience preferred
- Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases
- Employment or plaintiff-side experience preferred, but not required
