Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Handle pre-litigation and assist with litigation, discovery, and case strategy
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to drive strong case outcomes
Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney in South Carolina (or ability to become licensed quickly)
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience (not required)
- Bonus: Trial experience or litigation background
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage cases independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation:
$85,000 - $120,000
