About the role:
You'll work closely with experienced trial attorneys on active personal injury litigation files from start to finish. You'll gain hands-on experience in case strategy, discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to see their work make a direct impact on clients' lives and develop into a lead litigator.
What You'll Do:
- Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda
- Communicate directly with clients to guide them through the litigation process
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial
- Conduct legal research and prepare detailed demand packages
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and receive one-on-one mentorship
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Florida attorney (in good standing)
- 3+ years of experience in personal injury, insurance defense, or civil litigation
- Strong legal writing and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- A positive attitude and commitment to client service
- Hands-on litigation training and mentorship
