Description: A Full-Service Law Firm has an opening in the West Palm Beach office for an associate in the Real Estate department. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of commercial real estate experience. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Florida. Licensure to practice in the State of New York and/or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Experience with commercial agreements of sale, leasing, real estate financing and closings.
  • Experience with construction and design contracts is a plus.
  • Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, eagerness to learn, and a long-term interest in growing with and contributing to the development of the practice.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.

Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
