Position Overview:
Ralph Sanchez Law is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a newly licensed or early-career attorney who is passionate about helping injured clients and eager to develop litigation and trial skills in a supportive environment.

Under the mentorship of an experienced partner, the Associate Attorney will manage personal injury cases throughout the pre-suit and litigation process, gain hands-on courtroom experience, and play a key role in delivering exceptional client outcomes.

No prior personal injury experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to support your success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters through pre-litigation and litigation stages.
  • Conduct case evaluations, liability assessments, and damages analysis.
  • Develop legal strategies and assist in advancing cases toward resolution.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal guidance.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation preparation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
  • Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
  • Collaborate with and supervise litigation assistants and administrative staff.
  • Ensure all case files, deadlines, and documentation remain accurate and compliant.
  • Adhere to firm procedures while maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar, or pending Florida Bar exam results.
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong commitment to client service and professional growth.

Preferred:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Interest in personal injury litigation and trial advocacy.
  • Prior internship, clerkship, or litigation experience.
