Description:Bilzin Sumberg is seeking an associate with 5+ years of experience in real estate finance, with a primary focus on construction loans on the borrower side. The ideal candidate will join our Real Estate Practice, working alongside experienced practitioners on loan transactions for developers. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility for admission) are required. Preference will be given to candidates with a sophisticated law firm employment history. Candidates who meet some, but not all, of the preferred qualifications are encouraged to apply.
