Dynamic, high‐achieving, hard-working, and creative individual with excellent writing and research skills desired. You will represent clients through all phases of litigation, including preparation and responses to discovery, law and motion, preparation of pleadings, legal analysis and assessment, attend court hearings, motions, depositions and trial.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in the State of California
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
