Allen Matkins is seeking a litigation associate with 5 – 7 years of experience in business and commercial litigation. Ideal candidates will have:Experience drafting pleadings, briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
- Experience with depositions, oral arguments, and trial / arbitration preparation.
- Strong case management skills, work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills, with particularly strong writing ability, and consistently demonstrates attention to detail.
- A high level of academic achievement.
- Admission to the State Bar of California.

The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $325,000 to $365,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
