Description:
1 to 3 years of litigation experience with an interest in commercial litigation.The candidate should be proficient in taking depositions, discovery management, researching and briefing legal arguments, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, and able to communicate with clients, etc. The candidate must be able to handle appearances and assignments with appropriate supervision.
JD, SC Bar licensed and Rule 403 Trial Requirements completed
