We're looking for an Associate/Sr. Associate Attorney who wants to work closely with an established team of litigators and a robust client base to litigate on behalf of California Employers. A National Boutique Law Firm is a civil litigation defense firm comprised of over 250 attorneys with offices throughout California and the United States. The firm is expanding its presence in the Central Valley and Central Coast with an office in Fresno. We emphasize strong legal work and excellent service while focusing on preventative counseling and a results-oriented approach to litigation.A National Boutique Law Firm offers extremely competitive compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, 401(k) matching, and bonus opportunities. Initially, this position will be remote but will later transition to a hybrid or fully in-office arrangement. Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong desire to work as a team to build a thriving legal practice.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- A client-first approach to handling cases.
- Admitted to the California Bar.
- 1 – 10+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
- General civil litigation experience is required; however, preference will be given to applicants with labor and employment litigation experience.
- Spanish language fluency or prior experience in agriculture, transportation/logistics, manufacturing, or the service industry is a plus.
- The annual billing requirement is 1,900, with additional bonuses for hours worked in excess of this minimum.
