Description:

A Full Service Law Firm Specializing in Immigration Law has an immediate opening for a licensed associate attorney, bilingual in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have 1 year experience in Removal/ Deportation Defense, Family, Consular Processing and Asylum. In addition to courtroom experience, excellent writing skills required, as this position includes appellate work. Recent law school grads with a demonstrated interest in immigration law also considered.

Qualifications:

Strong research and analytical skills
Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to draft and review legal documents with attention to detail
Experience in legal administrative tasks, such as managing case files and calendars

Preferred Skills:
Willing to travel to San Francisco and other Immigration courts
