Description:
Milman Labuda Law Group PLLC, a management-side labor and employment boutique law firm, seeks a full-time Associate Attorney with 3–7 years of experience in labor & employment and/or commercial litigation.The successful candidate will work closely with partners on a wide range of matters, including employment discrimination, wage-and-hour litigation, union relations, collective bargaining, and general business disputes.
Candidates should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced but collegial environment.
Qualifications:
- J.D. and admission to the New York Bar.
- 3–7 years of litigation experience (employment or commercial preferred).
- Excellent research and written/oral advocacy skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $130,000–$200,000.
- Profit-sharing plan.
