A Insurance, Real Estate & Government Law Firm is seeking a motivated entry-level Associate Attorney to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for a driven self-starter — someone eager to develop courtroom skills, dive into legal challenges and contribute meaningfully to client success.We value attorneys who balance confidence with caution: you're excited to take initiative and advocate for clients, but you also know when to ask questions and seek guidance from senior attorneys.
What You'll Do:
- Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and craft strategies that help us achieve excellent results for clients.
- Drafting & Filings: Prepare motions, pleadings, contracts, appeals and other legal documents with precision.
- Client Collaboration: Meet with clients, understand their goals and provide sound legal counsel.
- Courtroom & Negotiations: Appear in court, handle depositions, and engage in negotiations with professionalism and poise.
- Case Management: Support partners and senior attorneys with scheduling, document organization and matter tracking.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensure: Admission to the Connecticut Bar.
