Duties:
- Provide legal counsel to clients in diverse practice areas.
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Represent clients in negotiations and litigation proceedings as necessary.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation within the law office environment.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and participate in client meetings to discuss case strategies.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' cases.
