Busy family-owned law firm looking for an associate attorney. The firm is a 50+ year old firm concentrating in civil and commercial litigation, collections and landlord tenant.Duties include file management, motion practice and court appearances. Court appearances are statewide and both zoom and in person. Candidate should be computer literate with 1+ years of litigation experience. Energetic self-starters are preferred.
Position will be in person while being trained (0-90 days) but position should transition to mostly remote thereafter with at least one day in the office per week. Admission to the NJ Bar is a requirement. Job is full time but would consider part time options if there was a specific fit. Looking for an employee AND NOT an outside contract worker.
