Description:
A Civil Litigation Law Firm seeking litigation associate with 0-10 years' experience. Experience in landlord/tenant law preferred, but not required. Law firm handles high volume District Court cases. The ideal candidate will have a confident personality, and desire to litigate and interact with clients and the court. Terrific opportunity for a new (or fairly new) attorney to immediately appear in court and conduct trials, which they may not otherwise have at large firms. Attorney is expected to have 3-4 court appearances per week. Attention to detail and organization is a must. Portable business is not required, but will increase the candidate's value.License/Certification:
