Qualifications:

JD or LLM required
5+ years experience in International Tax Law, including compliance issues, resolving offshore voluntary disclosures and streamlining filing compliance procedures, as well as preparing complex Passive Foreign Investment Company (PFIC) computations
Strong organizational and writing skills
Strong business acumen and ability to develop relationships with high net worth individuals
