This role is for a motivated and proactive attorney who takes ownership of cases, keeps files moving, and understands how consistent effort and smart execution lead to strong results.
You'll handle a mix of pre-litigation and litigation matters, with meaningful responsibility on active cases and the opportunity to build momentum in a busy personal injury practice.
What You'll Do:
- Drive cases from intake to settlement
- Evaluate liability, damages, and case value
- Communicate regularly and effectively with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement-related materials
- Assist with litigation strategy, depositions, and trial preparation as cases progress
- Keep cases organized, deadlines met, and matters moving forward
Who You Are:
- A licensed attorney in good standing
- Personal injury experience required
- Comfortable managing volume while maintaining quality
- Organized, efficient, and proactive
- Confident exercising judgment and making decisions
- Competitive, self-motivated, and not afraid of hard work
