Key Responsibilities:

Lead the management and strategy of complex litigation cases.
Perform comprehensive legal research and draft pivotal legal documents.
Engage in all facets of the litigation process including depositions, court appearances, and witness preparation.
Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations and arbitrations.
Maintain continuous communication with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Must be licensed to practice in Louisiana.
Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience in First-Party Property, General Liability, or similar fields.
Strong skills in communication, research, and analytical thinking.
