Wayman, Irvin & McAuley, LLC, a well-established Wexford civil litigation defense firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 5–10 years of civil litigation experience to join our practice.

The ideal candidate will possess strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, along with experience handling a broad range of litigation responsibilities, including:

Managing cases from inception through resolution
Taking and defending depositions
Preparing and responding to written discovery
Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
Appearing in court and attending hearings
Effectively communicating with clients, insurance representatives, and opposing counsel

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating as part of a collegial team.
