Our Murrysville-based law firm is seeking an ambitious Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our transaction-heavy practice. We don't just process files; we deliver peace of mind through sophisticated commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, and business services.We are looking for a "mid-level" professional with "senior-level" drive—someone who is as comfortable drafting a complex trust as they are networking to build their own client base.
The Opportunity:
This isn't a "back-office" role. You will be a visible face of the firm, managing client relationships from consultation to closing. For the right candidate, this is a clear track to a Partner role within a dynamic, tech-forward environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Counsel: Lead consultations for estate planning, administration, and business services, tailoring legal strategies to diverse client needs.
- Precision Drafting: Produce high-quality, legally sound documents for real estate transactions and business formations.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify legal hurdles and provide preventative advice to safeguard client assets and legacies.
- Business Development: Actively market yourself and the firm to grow your personal book of business and firm-wide originations.
- Tech Leadership: Utilize Lackner, SoftPro, and Office 365 to maintain a seamless, efficient workflow.
Who You Are:
- The Professional: You hold a J.D. from an ABA-approved school and are licensed in Pennsylvania.
- The Expert: You have a proven track record in estate, business law, and/or real estate transactions. (Bonus points if you are a PA Title Insurance Agent or Notary).
- The Entrepreneur: You have an "owner" mindset. You don't wait for direction; you see a need and fill it.
- The Communicator: You can translate "legalese" into actionable guidance with a calm, empathetic demeanor that puts clients at ease.
