As one of our Associate Attorneys, you'll bring analytical rigor and initiative to a role that balances structured case management with dynamic litigation.

In this role, you will:

Use your independence and drive to manage cases from intake to resolution.
Employ your competitive edge to develop strategic legal approaches for family law litigation, probate, and estate planning cases.

What you need to be successful in this role:

An active status with the Nebraska State Bar.
Proficiency with Nebraska standards for family law, estate planning, and probate.
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
A keen eye for detail that supports reliable and accurate outcomes.
Direct yet engaging communication style that effectively conveys complex ideas and fosters understanding.
Confident assertiveness paired with proactive initiative to drive progress and take ownership of outcomes.
