Young and White Law Office is seeking an associate attorney to join our firm in a full-time, salaried, permanent, in-office position.Who We Are:

For more than fifty years, the firm has represented clients in matters across the State of Nebraska and the country, while maintaining a philosophy of service reflective of its Midwestern values.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the Nebraska State Bar Association.
- Two plus years in the general practice of civil law is preferred.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Experience in legal drafting and preparing legal documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a legal team member.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- High level of ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis and provide legal support on a wide variety of general civil legal matters.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with firm lawyers and staff.
- Draft and review pleadings, briefs, opinions, discovery, contracts, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Attend and represents the firm and its clients in meetings and court proceedings.
- The salary offer will be commensurate with experience. Support staff is provided.
