Corporate litigation and transactional law firm, located in the Financial District is seeking associate-level candidates to join our firm. We are seeking two candidates who have a demonstrated litigation background, with a focus on tort-defense litigation, management-side labor and employment and general business litigation experience. The ideal candidate should have experience drafting motions, briefs, memoranda of law, conducting and defending depositions and court hearings. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience with strong research and drafting skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, an ability to manage multiple projects and be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively.About the firm: A Corporate Litigation and Transactional Law Firm is a business and corporate litigation and transactional law firm located in the financial district in New York City.
