Chan Vitanza LLP is seeking attorneys admitted in New York with tort
defense litigation and commercial litigation experience. Growing fast,
our firm is looking for motivated self-starters and entrepreneurial
thinkers who are team players willing to work in a challenging and fun
environment. You will be responsible for evaluating and resolving your
own cases, developing resolution strategies, negotiating deals and
settlements, interacting with clients, attending hearings and
depositions, and making court appearances. This is a unique opportunity
to truly practice law and make a meaningful impact—rather than simply
pushing papers as another cog in a churn-and-burn machine. We have
intentionally rejected the “Big Law” model in favor of a culture that
prioritizes work–life balance, client satisfaction, and mental
well-being over arbitrary billing requirements, internal rivalries, and

craft, we want to hear from you. The anticipated salary range is
$95,000 to $140,000 with benefits - firm covers 100% of health insurance
(does your current employer cover this?). Salary will be dependent on
several factors that may include, but are not limited to, years of
