Burwick Law is hiring a litigation associate for our plaintiffs-side practice. We file class actions and complex commercial cases primarily in SDNY and EDNY, with a focus on digital asset and consumer protection matters.Our work is regularly featured in the New York Law Journal and receives national coverage in the legal and financial press.
The role involves drafting pleadings, legal research, document review, and working directly with senior attorneys on active cases. Junior associates are exposed to all phases of litigation early.
We are open to recent law school graduates and attorneys with up to one year of experience. Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar in good standing, or awaiting admission with bar passage anticipated within the next 6-9 months. Federal clerkship experience is a plus.
Our office is in the Financial District. This is an in-person role.
Salary is $140,000, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
