Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a mid-level to senior associate to join the Labor & Employment practice group in our Philadelphia office. We are seeking candidates who are admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and have 4 -7 years of employment litigation experience. Candidates admitted to practice in Delaware and/or New Jersey in addition to Pennsylvania are preferred. Duties are expected to include a broad range of labor and employment law-related responsibilities, including representing clients in employment litigation, wage and hour class and collective actions, trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation and administrative agency matters.If you are looking for an opportunity with a growing, collaborative firm, please apply online and include your cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample. The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $270,000– $315,000.
Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law. The initial salary range listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for attorneys, which includes, but is not limited to, productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
