Are you in the legal field to help people?Curtis Legal Group is a premier personal injury law firm with offices in Modesto, Sacramento, Stockton, and Fresno. We currently have an opening in Modesto for a full-time associate attorney who will work directly with case managers/paralegals to help clients recover compensation for injuries caused by the fault of others.
Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a passion to advocate for our clients.
Duties include:
- Client interviews
- Communicating with insurance adjusters, medical providers, other attorneys and experts
- Negotiating settlements
- Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop successful case handling strategies
- Litigation responsibilities: Drafting complaints/answers, motions, discovery requests/responses, preparing legal briefs and correspondence.
Required:
- CA State bar license
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Reliable transportation
