We are a boutique litigation firm, seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and negotiate on client's behalf. Our practice mainly focuses on employment litigation and personal injury.Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Prepare and draft legal documents and pleadings on behalf of clients
- work on litigation discovery including written discovery and depositions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes and attending mediations
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
- Member of the California Bar in good standing
- Interest in litigation and employment law matters
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- California Bar License (Required)
