Taylor, Keller & Oswald is seeking an associate attorney to join our practice which is focused primarily on insurance defense, with a smaller focus on utility law, personal injury, wills and estates. The firm's primary office is located in London, Kentucky with a satellite office in Lexington, Kentucky. Attorneys may work from either office with London being the primary reporting location.Job duties would include drafting pleadings, drafting reports to insurers, research, attending depositions and court hearing.
The firm is open to hiring an attorney who has an existing line of work such as criminal defense or family law, so long as such work would not conflict with the firm's existing clients.
Salary is negotiable and is based on experience and qualifications.
