An Indianapolis Family Law Firm is not your grandpa's law firm. You won't find rooms full of old law books or micromanaging partners who only give you piecework. Join our team and do what you went to law school to do - manage cases and help people. We focus our practice on family law, and we are looking to add an attorney who is willing to dive in and start representing individuals who need help in their divorce, paternity, custody, child support and related cases. We operate as a collaborative team, so don't worry that we will let you drown in the deep end. In addition to a salary commensurate with experience, we provide paid parking, a medical benefits stipend, supplemental insurance, long term disability, and paid CLE and license fees.

Responsibilities:

Manage a family law caseload
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
Prepare cases for trial and representation in court hearings.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide sound legal advice.
Manage client meetings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
