Small, busy law office seeking an Associate Attorney to join our practice. Our firm handles a broad range of litigation matters, including personal injury, workers' compensation, criminal defense, matrimonial law, and estate litigation.The ideal candidate will have at least two years of litigation experience, a J.D. from an accredited law school, and be licensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for immediate licensure.
Candidates should possess strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to take depositions, argue motions, and manage cases independently under appropriate supervision. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills are essential.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
