- Conduct discovery, evaluate liability and damages, and prepare cases for trial
- Make Court appearances and argue motions.
- Draft Motion papers and Appellate Briefs.
- Must be able to maintain strict client confidentiality and possess excellent legal research, writing, oral advocacy and strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Capacity to evaluate, synthesize, and effectively communicate complex legal and factual information.
- Work independently and in teams to complete projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree. Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
- Ability to stay organized and meet rigid deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of General Litigation experience (Writing/Trials).
- Courtroom experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (i.e., active listening, negotiation, persuasion).
- Excellent analytical skills (i.e., critical thinking, problem solving, decision making).
- Well-developed written communication skills.
