McCarter & English, LLP is actively seeking a midlevel associate for its intellectual property and data privacy litigation practice in its Newark, NJ office. New Jersey bar admission required. Two to four years of experience litigating intellectual property and data privacy matters is required, with superior academic background and excellent writing and analytical skills. In particular, we seek an associate with some patent litigation experience, and a basic knowledge and understanding of computer systems, e-mail systems, electronic database storage and operation, website coding, use of online tracking tools, computer hacking exploits, and data privacy breach laws and regulations. Experience with multi-district litigation is a plus. If you have relevant experience, we would like you to consider joining our team. Salary range for this position is $210,000 – $230,000 annually, depending on level of experience.
