Description:
A Full-Service Law Firm has an opening in the Denver, CO office for a Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of litigation experience. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong research, writing skills, and academic record required.
- Experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation.
- Experience drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.
- Experience drafting and arguing motions, and deposition experience.
- Federal or state clerkship preferred.
- Trial experience a plus but not required.
- Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
