We are looking for a highly motivated personal injury attorney with 1-3 years of personal injury experience.
Who You Are:
- Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury Pre-Suit. Bonus points for litigation experience
- Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
- Skilled at negotiating with insurance carrier adjusters and lien holders
- Experience drafting demands
- Proven, verifiable results for injured clients
- Highly proficient with technology, including AI and case management systems
- Excellent academic record, Law Review or other journal highly preferred
- Highly motivated to learn, grow, and succeed
