Description:
Henderson Franklin is seeking an experienced Real Estate (https://www.henlaw.com/practices/real-estate-law/) attorney to join our practice group. This role will focus on high-value land acquisition and development transactions, with additional support provided on residential transactions as needed. Candidates must have at least three (3) years' real estate experience, which should include the following:
- Negotiating and drafting commercial and residential purchase and sale agreements;
- Counsel clients on leases, property management contracts, and other agreements connected to the ownership and operation of commercial properties;
- Reviewing title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys, and generate title and survey objections; and
- Drafting closing, conveyancing, loan, and corporate resolution documents in connection with transactions.
Candidates must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing. Candidates must also be well-organized, efficient and possess a strong work ethic. Requirements include excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines. Candidates should have a responsive and service-oriented attitude, and display sound and practical business judgment.
