As a Personal Injury Trial Associate Attorney, you'll play a key role in litigating and trying personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury matters. You'll work closely with senior attorneys, clients, and support staff to build strong cases and deliver justice for injury victims. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to sharpen their courtroom skills and make a meaningful impact!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters through all stages of litigation.
- Handle all aspects of case development, including discovery, depositions, expert coordination, and motion practice.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Conduct legal research and draft complaints, motions, and trial briefs.
- Evaluate and negotiate settlements when appropriate.
- Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates and legal guidance.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred.
- Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Client-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.
- Must be Bilingual.
- Salary based on experience.
