Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated, bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English) Associate Attorney to join our growing law firm in Dallas, Texas.
As a general practice law firm, we serve clients across several areas of law, including personal injury, immigration, family law, estate planning, and civil law. We welcome attorneys who bring experience and confidence in one or more of these practice areas, as well as those who are interested in expanding their legal knowledge and developing new skills over time.
We are open to working with the right candidate to build on their existing strengths, provide opportunities for professional growth, and gradually expand their responsibilities in additional practice areas as appropriate.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who values client service, sound legal judgment, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we represent. We are looking for an attorney who is motivated to grow with our firm and contribute to a team committed to serving our clients with care, professionalism, and integrity.
This is a full-time position with working hours generally from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Pay Range:
$90k - $125k yearly, based on experience.
Duties:
- Conducting consultations and engaging with potential clients.
- Performing thorough legal research.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Communicating with clients, witnesses and other attorneys.
- Representing clients in court proceedings.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice in Texas and be in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and Spanish.
- Desirable Skills:
- At least 1-2 years of experience preferred.
- Familiarity with one or more of our practice areas, including personal injury, litigation, immigration, family law, estate planning, probate, criminal law, and consumer law.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
